Shipment

Shipment is free in Italy, for orders above € 49.90.
For other European countries, please see table, to check free shipping minimums. For orders below such amounts, we will calculate a transportation fee which will be automatically shown in the basket during the purchasing procedure. NB: If you choose the cash on delivery payment method, you will be charged € 2.50 for courier fees.

Order processing time

All orders duly placed Mondays to Fridays (that is, except Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays) by 11.00am will be dispatched on the same day. All orders placed after 11.00am will be dispatched the next working day. All orders paid by bank transfer will be dispatched once payment is received. The above-mentioned shipping times are provided as an indication and may vary in peak seasons and/or during holidays. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. This automatic email will include a tracking number for your parcel.

Delivery time

All orders will be shipped with TNT TRACO, and, on average, delivered across Italy within 24/48 hours. Please note that delivery time may vary from 1 to 3 working days across Italy and from 3 to 5 working days across Europe (except weekends and holidays). The above-mentioned delivery times are provided purely as an indication and may vary during holidays and/or according to destination. However, Aquarapid will not be liable for any delays caused by the courier. Transportation is covered by an all-inclusive theft and/or loss insurance policy.

IMPORTANT: For quick, safe delivery to be guaranteed, the destination address should be as specific as possible. Hence it is important that the address be complete with useful information, e.g. building number, apartment number, door entry number etc. Aquarapid will not be liable for any delays and/or non-deliveries resulting from incomplete or incorrect addresses provided upon ordering. However, Aquarapid will not be liable for any delays in delivery caused by the courier. Should any delays occur, the purchaser may not claim for any damage.
